I have an engaged, relational approach to therapy that is grounded in modern research on the brain, trauma and attachment. If you work with me we will look at your personal, family and cultural history as well as the beliefs you hold about yourself and the world. Where we find negative beliefs and uncomfortable feelings or disturbing memories we can use a variety of methods to loosen them, learn from them and heal them. Over thirty years’ of experience and ongoing training has prepared me to help you access information from your mind and body as well as your feelings and intuition. The process often involves grief but also invokes joy. The goal is for you to discover and accept who you truly are on a deep level so you are freed to live wholeheartedly in the present.
