Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
MBSR is an 8 week group that is highly structured and assists members in developing mindfulness skills through sitting meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement. These processes have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain and the symptoms of many illnesses.
Grief Support Group
Grief support groups provide a safe/sacred place to lean into your grief in order to facilitate healing. The group include some psycho-education about grief and recovery and experiential exercises to process your emotional reactions to your loss. We will also address issues of self-care and your path for moving forward
Women’s Circles
The goal of a Women’s Circle is to create a safe space where women can connect, share their experiences and own their feelings with the goal of deepening self-awareness and wisdom. Expressive methods, ritual and story are used to create a powerful transformative experience.
Psychodrama Groups
Psychodrama is an action method done in a group setting in which participants use spontaneous dramatization, role playing and self-presentation to investigate and gain insight into their lives. It offers a creative way to explore and solve personal problems.
